Starting with a fitness assessment, athletes will train hard over eight weeks and see their progress in key areas by the end. Athlete Fit is our performance focused class geared towards the development of young athletes who are looking to improve their overall fitness level in a one-of-a-kind environment. Ninja training improves functional strength, flexibility, balance, agility and focus in a supportive and fun manner. This class will begin by measuring the participants' fitness level in a number of key areas. At the end of the 8-week class, we will measure them again in the same areas and celebrate their growth! Whether your athlete is looking to increase their overall fitness level or looking for that competitive edge, this class is for them.

Strength & Endurance
Developing functional strength in upper body, core, and lower body translates to sports like soccor, gymnastics, wresting baseball, basketball and football. Strength endurance and muscular control are a big key to the athletes growth.
Grip Strength
Ninja training strengthens grip, improving control in sports like baseball, football, and basketball. It enhances bat control, ball handling, and dribbling. Exercises like climbing and swinging build hand and forearm strength, boosting performance across sports.
